PAYMENT SOLUTIONS & SETTLEMENT

Clear Processes. Documented Transactions. Responsible Settlement.

International commodity transactions require payment arrangements that align with the contract, counterparties, delivery requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.

BridgeWay Partners coordinates discussions concerning transaction payment arrangements, working with relevant counterparties to establish mutually agreed processes and documentation requirements.

The availability of any payment method depends on the specific transaction, the participating entities, their financial institutions and applicable laws.

Conventional Banking

Bank transfers may be used where agreed by the contracting parties and supported by the relevant financial institutions.

Depending on the transaction, arrangements may involve:

  • International bank transfers

  • Contractually agreed payment milestones

  • Documentary requirements

  • Bank verification and compliance checks

  • Reconciliation of invoices and payments

Letters of credit, documentary collections and other trade finance instruments may be considered where suitable, subject to agreement by the parties and the relevant banks.

Digital-Asset Settlement — USDT

USDT is a digital token designed to track the value of the US dollar. Its use involves blockchain infrastructure and risks that differ from conventional banking.

For eligible transactions, counterparties may discuss USDT settlement where the method is lawful, contractually agreed, supported by appropriate service providers and accepted under each party's compliance policies.

Any proposed USDT arrangement must be assessed individually before it is accepted.

Key Considerations

Counterparty verification
The identity, authority and relevant business details of participating parties must be verified.

Source of funds
Appropriate checks may be required to establish the lawful origin of funds and assess associated risks.

Wallet verification
Wallet ownership, control and destination addresses should be verified through an agreed secure process.

Blockchain network
The parties must agree on the specific supported network and verify compatibility before any transfer.

Sanctions and compliance
Transactions must be screened and assessed in accordance with applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering and other legal requirements.

Transaction documentation
The contract should specify the payment currency or token, valuation method, fees, timing, confirmation requirements, treatment of delays and applicable remedies.

Risk management
Digital-asset transfers may be irreversible and can be affected by network fees, operational errors, depegging, wallet compromise and service-provider restrictions.

BridgeWay Partners does not represent USDT as risk-free, universally accepted or guaranteed to be available for every transaction.

A Structured Settlement Process

01 — Agree
The contracting parties agree on the permitted payment method and its contractual terms.

02 — Verify
The relevant parties, payment instructions and compliance requirements are checked.

03 — Authorise
Each party completes its required internal, banking and compliance approvals.

04 — Confirm
Payment is verified through appropriate records and the agreed confirmation process.
